Delivery
For orders within Ireland, Fastway Couriers will deliver your package for a fee of €5.95. Orders to the UK will incur a charge of €25.
To receive your order within 3-5 working days, please place your order before 1pm.
We provide free shipping for gift cards sent via An Post, or you can choose to have them delivered by courier for a fee of €5.95.
Our delivery service is facilitated by both Fastway and An Post.
Returns Policy
We are pleased to provide a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, if the product is deemed unsuitable. To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If we suspect that a product has been used or worn, we reserve the right to return the goods to the purchaser.
Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on certain products, including lingerie such as briefs, shapewear, and swimwear, hosiery, pillows, and duvets.
