Returns Information
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is unsuitable within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:
- In original, unused, and unworn condition
- With all tags attached
- If we believe an item has been worn, used, soiled, damaged, or carries a smoke odour, we reserve the right to return it to the customer.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged, including:
- Lingerie (briefs, shapewear)
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Pillows and duvets
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make returning your item easier, we offer the option to use the An Post returns.
Option 1: Republic of Ireland Returns
- Repack your item(s) in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Include your original invoice (or a copy showing your order number and contact details). This helps us process your refund quickly. (A copy of your invoice was emailed to you at the time of purchase.)
- We do NOT offer free returns for customers. Customers must cover the cost of returning goods themselves. To make returning your item easier, we offer the option to use An Post Returns

- follow the instructions to create your return
- Select Geoghegans Ltd from the list of retailers
- Select your reason for return
- Use your order number as the retail order reference.
- Select your return method, choosing between bring your parcel to your local Post office brand costing €4.95 or book a collection from a location that is convenient for you at a cost of €6.00
- Print the generated PDF label and attach it to your parcel.
- Drop your parcel to any An Post branch and request a receipt.
- Keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is issued.

Option 2: Northern Ireland/UK Returns & Rest of World Returns
- Repack items in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Include your invoice (or a copy with order number and contact details).

📌 We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that do not reach us.
Option 3: Return or Exchanges In-Store
Please bring your item instore to any of our tills. Once we receive & inspect the item, we will process an exchange or return, whichever is more convenient to you. Refunds usually reach your bank account within 5-7 days.
Refund Processing
After our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund, which should appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Information
Our delivery partner is An Post. You will receive a notification email when your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Free delivery on orders over €100 in the Republic of Ireland.
- School uniforms are excluded and are available for click & collect in-store only.
- For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or clearance fees are your responsibility.

Gift cards sent via An Post are shipped free of charge. You may choose courier delivery for €5.50.

Delivery Times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs only).
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday through Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
- To receive your order within 3-5 working days, please place your order before 1pm.
During busy sale periods, deliveries may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
