Our delivery partner is An Post courier service, you will receive a notification email to confirm your items ordered have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. Our delivery rates are:

Gift Cards
We provide free shipping for gift cards sent via An Post, or you can choose to have them delivered by courier for a fee of €5.50.

Delivery Times:
We usually dispatch within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs only). All orders processed after 12pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
To receive your order within 3-5 working days, please place your order before 1pm.

Returns Policy
We are pleased to provide a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, if the product is unsuitable.
To return an item to Geoghegans, please return in-store or by post to Geoghegans, 23 Trimgate Street, Navan, Co Meath, C15 DN47.
- Please include the card received with your items detailing your Name, Order Number and reason for returning inside the package.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
- Please be careful not to get perfume, make-up or deodorant on items that you are returning.
- The returned item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached.
- If we suspect that a product has been used or worn, we reserve the right to return the goods to the purchaser.
- Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on certain products, including lingerie such as briefs, shapewear, swimwear, hosiery, pillows, and duvets.
Once the item has been received and processed, we will refund to the original payment method.
