For orders within Ireland, An Post will deliver your package for a fee of €5.50. Orders to Northern Ireland and the UK will incur a charge of €9.95.
To receive your order within 3-5 working days, please place your order before 1pm.
We provide free shipping for gift cards sent via An Post, or you can choose to have them delivered by courier for a fee of €5.50.
Our delivery service is facilitated by An Post.
Returns Information
In order to return an item to us, please include the card received with your items detailing your Name, Order Number and reason for returning inside the package.
Insert this card, along with the items, into the original packaging and secure with tape.

Or you can visit your local Post Office and return your item by choosing normal postage or tracked postage.
Returns Policy
We are pleased to provide a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, if the product is deemed unsuitable. To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If we suspect that a product has been used or worn, we reserve the right to return the goods to the purchaser.
Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on certain products, including lingerie such as briefs, shapewear, and swimwear, hosiery, pillows, and duvets.
